We had a dishwasher leak which flowed to the basement and kitchen floor. I had a newborn baby at the time, and the overall experience with dry medic was so easy! They were prompt in starting the drying process, had the tools to measure where all water damage was and put a great packet of pictures, and damage details together for insurance.
