They were prompt in starting the drying process, had the tools to measure where all water damage was and put a great packet of pictures, and damage details together for insurance. After an "accidental water system failure" my plumber suggested Dry Medic for water mitigation. Something I'd never experienced. Not fun. Scott Callahan was the best. He came right after the plumber. He explained everything, answered my questions, made me feel not so overwhelmed, and walked me through the filing of the insurance claim process. The gentlemen that came to do the mitigation Deli, Ryan, and Francisco were wonderful as well as respectful, knowledgeable, hardworking, and kind. The Drymedic staff member came out to see if we had water damage from aleaky toilet. He check around the toilet and found nothing, he went into our crawl space and found a puddle, he was kind enough to take the old towels I had and absorbed the puddle. He checked the subflooring and found no damage. He was very professional, and personable, and did not try to b.s. he way through. I would recommend him and this company anytime.
